1Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the gomk8 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you explicitly express your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all additional guidelines we may issue from time to time.

These terms apply to all gomk8 platform users without exception, including visitors accessing the platform without a registered account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

• Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be terminated immediately upon identification.
• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in all accounts being frozen and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms.
• Identity Verification (KYC): gomk8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. The standard KYC process requires a valid copy of your national ID or passport, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used.
• Jurisdiction: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of this platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your location. gomk8 is not liable for any violations of local laws by players.

3Account Management & Security

Your gomk8 account is strictly personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other individual. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account, including financial transactions and wagers placed.

• Keep your password secure and never share it with anyone, including gomk8 support staff who will never ask for your password.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for an extra layer of comprehensive security.
• Report any unauthorised access or suspicious activity to our support team immediately via Live Chat.
• Gomk8 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account by a third party due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to maintenance fees or automatic closure in accordance with the platform's current policy.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the gomk8 platform are processed through secure and legitimate payment channels. We support a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and local bank transfers.

• Minimum Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. There is no set daily maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, VIP accounts enjoy higher limits.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via FPX and local e-wallets are processed instantly. Manual bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on transaction timing.
• Minimum Withdrawal Limit: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the selected payment method.
• Pre-Withdrawal Verification: Your first withdrawal or withdrawals exceeding a certain amount may require completed KYC verification. This is a security measure to protect your funds.
• Withdrawal Method: Funds may only be withdrawn via the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances requiring approval from the finance team.
• Transaction Fee: gomk8 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by gomk8 are subject to wagering requirements (rollover requirements) that must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted. The specific terms for each promotion will be stated on the relevant promotions page.

• Bonus Wagering Requirement: Generally, welcome bonuses are subject to wagering requirements of between 15x and 30x the bonus value, depending on the type of bonus received. Full details are stated in each promotional offer.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each player is only eligible to claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.

6General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the gomk8 platform are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system, except in cases of a clear technical error or exceptional circumstances as defined in the specific game rules.

• Game Results: All game outcomes are determined by an independently verified RNG (Random Number Generator) system or by the actual results of sporting events. These outcomes are final and cannot be disputed.
• Odds Error: If displayed odds contain a significant error due to a technical fault or data input mistake, gomk8 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player.
• Technical Disruption: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, gomk8 will determine the outcome based on available system records. The decision of the technical team is final in such cases.
• Wagering Limit: Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits are subject to change based on market conditions and event type.
• Transaction Verification: Players are responsible for verifying all their bet details before confirming a transaction. Any requests to amend a confirmed transaction will not be entertained.

7Player Conduct & Prohibitions

Players are required to conduct themselves in a responsible, respectful manner consistent with the spirit of fair play. The following are strictly prohibited on the gomk8 platform and may result in immediate disciplinary action.

• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any third-party tools to automate betting or exploit the platform's systems.
• Collusion between players to manipulate the system, including but not limited to chip dumping in card games or coordinating bets to unlawfully guarantee profits.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of financial fraud, including the use of stolen credit cards, false chargeback claims (chargeback fraud), or falsification of identity verification documents.
• Money laundering or using the gomk8 platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Posting content that is inflammatory, defamatory, obscene, or offensive on any communication channel of the platform.

8Account Restrictions, Suspension & Closure

Gomk8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and for any reason deemed reasonable by management, including but not limited to the following situations.

• Terms Violation: Any confirmed violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate suspension without prior notice.
• Suspected Fraud: If the system detects suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity, the account will be automatically frozen while an investigation is conducted.
• KYC Failure: Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities.
• Player's Own Request: Players may request account closure at any time via the account settings section or by contacting customer support. Valid balances will be returned once all reviews are completed.

9Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Gomk8 provides this platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly and securely at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted performance under all circumstances.

• Gomk8 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including ordinary betting losses.
• We do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from temporary interruptions, delays, or technical errors.
• Gomk8 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services that may be linked to our platform.
• Gomk8's maximum liability to any player for any claim is limited to the amount deposited by that player within the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

10Terms Amendments & Governing Law

Gomk8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The latest update date will always be recorded at the top of this document for your reference.

• For amendments deemed material or significant, we will endeavour to notify members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in gomk8's jurisdiction of registration.
• Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process before any formal legal action is taken.
